Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations.
