It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. I had an excellent trip with Trọng Thủy Travel. The limousine bus was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The massage seats made the 4.5-hour journey surprisingly relaxing. The conductor was polite and helpful, the driver was careful and professional, and everything was well organized. The announcements were clear, boarding was easy, and the whole trip went exactly as planned. I booked my ticket through Vexere, and the entire experience—from booking to arrival—was smooth and hassle-free. Oh, my review got deleted, so I'm writing it again. I highly recommend this place. The driver is so nice. We (a family of four with kids) boarded at the Virgo Hotel a little after 10:10. The driver loaded our suitcases, and when we were about to leave, he asked which hotel in Tuy Hoa we were going to. When we told him we were going to Sun Village Resort (which is a bit far from downtown Tuy Hoa), he looked a bit flustered. He said he couldn't take us to that hotel but would drop us off nearby and tell us to take a taxi. We were so grateful to him. Since it was our first time there, we weren't sure if we'd be able to catch a taxi or Grab, so we were looking for a taxi. But when we arrived, wow~~ a taxi was waiting~~~ What is this~~????? The Bb Limousine driver hailed a taxi for us in advance. Wow, I was so grateful. As we don't speak English, we were truly thankful; it almost brought tears to my eyes. From there, we took a taxi to Sun Village Resort. The fare was also amazing; it would have been 260,000 VND to go all the way to Tuy Hoa, but it only came out to 100,000 VND. Whether you are a Korean traveler or a first-timer, don't be scared just get in the taxi; the driver will take care of everything. Anyway, it was the best!

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

The bus departed from the bus station in Da Nang and stood in sector B. Always in touch, you could call and find out how to find it. Quite comfortable and private places. There is a dry toilet. There were no long stops along the way for breaks. Overall everything is great.

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

I've traveled to Quy Nhon many times and can confidently say this is the best transportation company. I give it a 10/10 and 5/5 stars. The staff are extremely enthusiastic and professional, the manager is fantastic and always ready to assist. The seats are comfortable, the driving style is safe and smooth. To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

Booked a ticket through the App at 4:00 p.m. but the office confirmed that the bus only runs at 5:00 p.m. It took until 5:30 p.m. to roll off. Car service attitude is good and the driver drives safely. Comfortable place to lie down

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. There were two stops along the way: a five-minute restroom break and a 20-minute stop at a decent café. The entire trip, including stops, took about three and a half hours. We are very pleased and will certainly book with this operator again in the future.

The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The first time I rode the bus, I was also hesitant, but I was really satisfied with the bus conductor, very enthusiastic and friendly. If needed, I will still ride again.

The bus company is very polite, the driver drives smoothly, the staff does not bother unnecessarily, customers can stay in that room wherever they book, they are not arbitrarily placed like other bus companies. Хотелось бы поделиться своим опытом поездки на слипбасе данной компанией для рускоговорящих туристов, поскольку когда я выбирала, более менее информативных отзывов не обнаружила, а рейтинг всех компаний был сомнителен. Итак,покупала я билеты в Дананг конечно же в этом приложении, оплачивала через куаркод российской картой (сбер). Инфа пришла сразу же на почту и в приложении. Поскольку ранее в одном из отзывов видели инфу,что слипбас может стоять вовсе не в назначенной точке посадки,решили написать по контактному номеру в бронировании, чтобы уточнить наверняка. Адрес по итогу оказался верным,что хорошо. Мы приехали,как и было рекомендовано за полчаса,автобус уже стоял,посадка шла полным ходом. Мы загрузили габаритные вещи в отсек для багажа, показали наши билеты и прошли в автобус. При входе вы снимаете обувь и кладете ее в пакет,который выдадут. Сам слип достаточно комфортный, чистый. В нем два уровня с каждой стороны. По 6 капсул на каждом. Итого 24+ 1 место,как мы поняли без капсулы,оно в проходе,не лежачее под углом в 45 градусов. Я бы настоятельно не рекомендовала это место, поскольку дорога дальняя и не совсем простая. Мы брали верхние капсулы, поскольку нижние к моменту нашего бронирования уже все были заняты. Почему так мы не поняли,нам показалось,что они вровень с полом расположены,не совсем комфортно (было бы возможно для нас). Что же касается самих капсул: подъём на второй ярус по выемкам (удобно), капсула просторная (я ростом 153 мне было ультракомфортно, мой мужчина 176 в притык, если вытянуться полностью,но в целом тоже тоже норм ), она достаточно широкая, есть шторка, закрывающая Вас от всех пассажиров, и есть шторка на окне, регулировка света, подстаканники и пазы для негабаритных вещей- гаджетов, например, на потолке зеркало, есть плед и подушка (но, судя по виду многоразовые, мы их не использовали, не понятно стираются ли они как-то 🤷🏻‍♀️), также пара крючков, два отверстия кондиционера (они регулируются.дуют мощно, я по итогу их закрыла совсем, поскольку замерзла и надела толстовку. Обязательно учитывайте это при выборе одежды в поездку), есть разъём юсби и typeC и типа наклейка с вайфаем,к которому подключаешься,но он не работает. Что же касается дороги: Выехали мы раньше запланированного времени минут на 20, через минут 40-50 дороги была первая остановка на поесть (не знаю зачем) и в туалет (УЧИТЫВАЙТЕ,ЧТО ТУАЛЕТА В АВТОБУСЕ НЕТ!!), далее остановка в 3 ночи на заправке в туалет, а после уже только в первом пункте высадки- городе Хойан. Манера езды вьетнамцев говорит сама за себя,они любят сигналить, обгонять,тормозить не плавно. Поспать можно и нужно,если у Вас ночной рейс,но иногда будете просыпаться. Спасибо на том,что хоть наш водитель на автостраде после выезда из города не сигналил. В целом, мне было комфортно спать, я просыпалась дважды помимо остановок. Кстати,остановки водитель громком объявляет, что удобно. Приехали мы раньше запланированного времени на целый час! В целом, поездка была более чем комфортная, она превзошла наши ожидания. Надеюсь, мой опыт и отзыв поможет путешественникам определиться с выбором транспорта и компании!

Excellent overnight bus trip from Hoi An to Da Lat with Viet Lao. The staff was very friendly, the bus was clean, the driver was a good driver, and there was no music or unpleasant noise. All this at a good price with smooth communication in English, so I recommend it. For first-timers: there are no toilets, but there were three stops approximately every two hours (you are notified in advance by announcement). You cannot eat on the bus, but there are restaurants and snack bars at some stops. You must remove your shoes and walk barefoot. At the stops, plastic slippers are provided as you exit the bus; you return them to a bin before reboarding. A small bottle of water, a blanket, and a pillow are provided. There is a USB port. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, but that might be my fault. For those who are overweight or very tall, I recommend taking buses with fewer seats (there were about 35, and I'm not overweight, but it was a tight fit). I recommend the lower and middle seats.

I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.
