We are so grateful that our taxi knew where to drop us off. He took us straight to the location. We were greeted with smiles and we had a quick meal before we jumped in the van. We were sat in the seats that we reserved... Which were the four seeds in the very back of the van... My children called it the jumping van because it was a very very bumpy ride. Our driver was a very typical Vietnamese driver. The drive itself was beautiful with canals and houses on the canals.

The bus was on time and arrived at Thanh Thoi ferry station. The dedicated driver quickly used his motorbike to take the couple to the ticket office. Thank you driver and bus operator

Tu Tien provided a very good, safe and comfortable service. The information given about where the bus was and the calls from the staff on the bus before pick up proved to be invaluable. The bus was very clean, the bed comfortable with lighting options and a very well located USB connection. The staff were very polite and the bus arrived at the destination ahead of schedule. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.
