First time using this bus service, quite impressed. I arrived at Nui Ba, departing at 4:20, returning at 17:35. The waiting room was clean, the staff was enthusiastic. The driver was polite, played soft, relaxing music, the seats had massage, and I slept well on the bus 😆. I saw that they cleaned the bus before inviting passengers to get on. The departure time was 5-10 minutes later than the time on the ticket, but for me it was not significant. There was a transfer to the Sunworld tourist area parking lot, the waiting room was inside. The transfer driver was also polite and enthusiastic. The trip served a small bottle of water with ginger candy, the return trip served fruit in the waiting room, winter melon juice with chia seeds, dried dragon fruit and ginger candy. The ginger candy was delicious, one piece was not enough 🥹 Overall, I was satisfied, the next time I go to TN, I will continue to book this bus 👍

We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)
