The TN bus service from Rach Gia to Saigon was very enthusiastic, everyone. A staff member called ahead to ask where we were supposed to pick you up, and the driver even came to pick you up. The return trip was smoother and I slept better (and there's nothing to criticize about the Saigon-Rach Gia trip).

It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The experience was so good. The switchboard and garage staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Before the bus runs, there are free snacks and drinks. Arrive at your destination and wake up gently like a lover. The car is big and comfortable, like at home and runs smoothly to get there without even realizing it. I had very good experience with this bus operator. The staff are friendly and helpful. Before getting on the bus, we were offered light meals and drinks. When the bus has arrived, the staff woke us up as they were waking up up their lovers. If you are foreigners and planning to take this bus, please don't hesitate as the seats are big and comfortable enough for you to sleep on.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

The bus was spacious, comfortable, and cool. - The waiting room at the bus station was spacious, airy, clean, with drinking water, charging sockets, and a restroom. - I liked the bus station's working style: fast, neat, concise, complete, and methodical. It suits my backpacking style.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

The car is very ok. I ordered a pick-up in person in District 1. However, if you want to pick up at your door, you must arrange to leave 1-1:30 minutes earlier than the appointment time on the app
