The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

The bus ride was very good. It left on time. The driver was kind. The transfer to the shuttle for drop off worked well. The ride was very bumpy, partly due to the bad road and maybe the shock absorbers on the minivan should be replaced. But i gave the high score because of their punctuality, and staff, especially Nhu Y really took care of me to arrange a pickup near my hotel in Rach Gia. During the past time, I often traveled by Kim Ma, Phuong Trang, Huynh Dat and Trung Kien bus routes. However, when I had the opportunity to experience the service of Thai Bao bus company, I really felt satisfied. The travel time between Saigon and the provinces became faster and more convenient. In particular, the service style of the driver and receptionist was very dedicated, thoughtful and friendly.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. Generally satisfied.

Used this company to cross the border between Vietnam and Cambodia and as a woman solo travelling, I felt so safe!! When you arrive at their office, they ask you for your passport and the 40$, and they keep your passport until you get to the border (so don’t panic!). The driver was friendly, the seats were comfortable enough for a 6hrs drive and you get a bottle of water and some snacks. We got stuck in traffic for a while so got to Phnom Penh later than expected, but we had a couple of toilet breaks. Once at the border, another employee from this company takes you to the border offices and sorts everything out for you and waits till everyone is done. The whole experience was very smooth and stress-free. Could not recommend this company more, truly great!

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Arrive at your destination and wake up gently like a lover. The car is big and comfortable, like at home and runs smoothly to get there without even realizing it. I had very good experience with this bus operator. The staff are friendly and helpful. Before getting on the bus, we were offered light meals and drinks. When the bus has arrived, the staff woke us up as they were waking up up their lovers. If you are foreigners and planning to take this bus, please don't hesitate as the seats are big and comfortable enough for you to sleep on.

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.
