First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. The bus company is very polite, the driver drives smoothly, the staff does not bother unnecessarily, customers can stay in that room wherever they book, they are not arbitrarily placed like other bus companies. A plus point for prestige is that there are many foreign visitors on the same trip to Nha Trang!

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)
