The driver is punctual. The bus is comfortable and we arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was a little abrupt in his driving but overall it was very good.

I left my backpack at the pick-up station and the bus operators in Hanoi and Ninh Binh helped me find my luggage. The service attitude was extremely good, professional and dedicated to customers. Thank you Hoa Lu bus team.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.

Drivers, please do not use the word “MOTHER” in your sentences! Sometimes the speaker just says it out of habit, but in fact, adding that word in the sentence makes people like us women feel offended. Because the Bus Company asked for a review, we gave a good review, and would like to propose our wish to make the Bus Company CIVILIZED, POLITE, AND HAPPY for everyone. Thank you for everything!
