We booked a trip from Hanoi to Cao Bang via Vexere. We left at 9:15 AM, after loading our luggage, although the departure was originally scheduled for 9:00 AM. We had a 20-minute bathroom break midway through the journey. We arrived in Cao Bang around 2:00 PM. The seats are very comfortable, and there's even a lumbar massage function if you want it. A small bottle of water is provided at each seat. The driver drove quite carefully. I recommend this transport company.

I was late due to traffic jam and also called to let me know to ease my anxiety. Comfortable and felt safe. I have been on many overnight busses through South America and this was a far superior experience. Comfortable bed / seat, relatively easy to find the bus and get on board despite the language barrier. Bus staff were friendly and very helpful. They even dropped me as close as they could to my hostel
