Normally, the Van Minh bus service is great. Today, however, it wasn't so good. My phone charger wasn't working, and the battery kept draining. I tried three different devices and they all had the same problem, so the issue must be with the power outlet, not the bus itself. The bus was running on time.

At first, the car reported a surcharge and I was a bit worried, but then I was changed to a VIP car. The seats were very spacious and comfortable, and the service was quite good.

Driving so fast, starting at 11:30 from Bac Nghen and arriving at 27 Nguyen Hoang at 4:20. If you adjust the speed, the arrival time is about 6:00 which is great

The bus company is friendly, enthusiastic, and leaves on time. Modern and clean facilities. However, we have to transfer twice so it takes a little more time.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The car is clean, there are curtains for each bed, the driver drives safely and politely, when I went there was no cramming of passengers, in general the experience was good, the one minus point was smoking in the car, but today's car was I travel a lot with young children, I hope the bus company learns from experience when reading this comment
