The driver is punctual. The bus is comfortable and we arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was a little abrupt in his driving but overall it was very good.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. At first, when I read the review, I was a bit worried because there were many negative things about the garage, but it's actually better than I thought. The car runs on time, the driver is in the right place and safely. Especially the time runs very quickly and the bus company is dedicated to taking customers to the right place they want. Really satisfied with this trip
