My first time riding this bus was a bit scary, like some of the negative reviews I read on Vexere, but it was fine. The bus was clean, departed 8 minutes earlier than scheduled, and arrived an hour early. My impressions: + The ride was smooth + The driver and conductor were both friendly and lovely. I didn't interact with them much, but that's my personal feeling + The dinner food was varied, the seasoning was subjective, I didn't find it very good, but it wasn't terrible either. I took the Quang Ngai - An Suong trip, and the bus stopped only 3 times (including dinner) for passengers to use the restroom. The nice thing is that when we were near the dinner stop, there was an announcement over the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker said it would stop for 30 minutes, but it only stopped for about 25 minutes, probably because all the passengers had already boarded. In short, my first time riding this bus and I will definitely ride again if I have the chance.

Should I go or not? - Ticket price: 600k/bed/person. - Time: If I book the SG-QN route at 6:00 p.m., the bus company will call me early in the morning on the day of departure to confirm. In the afternoon, I will send a text message telling them the location and time (5:45 p.m.) to be present at the BXMD for transfer to the bus station. Big bus, this place has a very punctual bus, so if you're late, you have to grab yourself to the big bus (like Binh Phuoc intersection). - The shuttle bus took me to the gas station on Highway 13 to wait for the big car to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant. The driver and the conductor were very enthusiastic and dedicated. I got on the wrong bus (same company, same route). The driver and conductor of both buses were very helpful. The ticket price was cheap but the quality was very good, the ticket included a dinner. The bus departed 45 minutes later than on the app, but due to the storm, it rained very heavily, which is understandable. 99/10

I think the car rental company is great, so why do some people give it such a low rating? The car is clean and smells nice. I tried reclining the seat, and the floor underneath was clean. Both the driver and passenger were happy with the experience.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. I went Hoi An > Saigon. I was cautious after reading the reviews, but it worked out okay! They have a premium bus, but the service and employees are definitely not premium. But they're very effective and competent. They have an actual office in Hoi An, which is nice. A nice shuttle took us ftom the office to the highway where we met the bus. We stopped for dinner at a cheap, good enough spot at 8:30pm. They must have sped through the night because we reached the northern part of Saigon at 6:45am (at their carwash facility?), where they loaded us on a very janky shuttle bus to transfer to the Tinh Binh office closer to downtown (not enough seats, so some people sat on plastic chairs in the cargo hold). We reached there at 7:30am -- much earlier than the 11am arrival time on the ticket. I'm 178cm and the seat was extremely comfortable; I ended up sleeping straight from 11pm until we arrived to Saigon. But three negatives: - Second shuttle bus was blatantly unsafe (see pic) - My seat was stuck in recline / couldn't sit up - Daytime driver played rock music on a high volume. Thankfully he turned off the rear speakers when asked, but be careful getting front seats. Overall I would take them again as long as it is a budget price.
