Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Good service attitude, comfortable seats

This time I used a bus service from a hotel in Bai Chay, Ha Long Bay, to Hanoi. I placed the order at 7 p.m., and I didn’t get a WhatsApp message until 7 a.m. the next morning (I left my country code and phone number and use WhatsApp). The pickup was very punctual, and the VIP seat I booked was correct. There were already three women on the bus. On the way, we stopped at a rest area and everyone got off to take a break. Near the outskirts of Hanoi, I got off the bus and was transferred to another small car, which took me to my final destination.
