This was my first time booking a bus on a whim and I was very satisfied. The ride was smooth and safe throughout the journey. The driver and assistant were very enthusiastic and helpful. The food at the rest stops they partnered with were also good, delicious, and not overpriced. A positive point, different from other buses with separate cabins, is that they provide toilet paper in the restroom. The only negative point is that the ceiling on the lower cabin is too low, so I kept bumping my head every time I sat down. 😵😵😵

The first time I went from Nghe An to Da Nang, I was a bit worried that the bus company was cheating me, but in reality it was very ok. The bus company was friendly, the operator called to confirm and remind me of the schedule to avoid missing the bus. 10 minutes before the bus arrived, both the driver and the operator called. All information about the license plate and the driver's phone number matched the email received. I kept the seat I booked for myself. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the bus ran smoothly and had no smell, and I arrived in Da Nang almost 1 hour earlier than the scheduled time. 10 points, next time I need to choose this bus company to go from Vinh <-> Da Nang

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

The car is clean, there are curtains for each bed, the driver drives safely and politely, when I went there was no cramming of passengers, in general the experience was good, the one minus point was smoking in the car, but today's car was I travel a lot with young children, I hope the bus company learns from experience when reading this comment

Normally, the Van Minh bus service is great. Today, however, it wasn't so good. My phone charger wasn't working, and the battery kept draining. I tried three different devices and they all had the same problem, so the issue must be with the power outlet, not the bus itself. The bus was running on time.

We should really support good bus companies like Khanh Quynh, from the attitude of the drivers, staff to the facilities of the bus. The buses are new and very clean. I just hope that Vietnamese passengers will travel in a more civilized manner.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. First time going to Nghe An by bus. 10 points without any problems. New, clean bus, fast on the highway, few stops, bus conductor and driver were very cheerful and enthusiastic. Decided to book the return trip without looking for another bus company.
