My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped. He guided me down here, no ghost dared to take me (because this is the area of the underground motorbike taxi force, people playing candy cane...) My first time riding this bus was a bit scary, like some of the negative reviews I read on Vexere, but it was fine. The bus was clean, departed 8 minutes earlier than scheduled, and arrived an hour early. My impressions: + The ride was smooth + The driver and conductor were both friendly and lovely. I didn't interact with them much, but that's my personal feeling + The dinner food was varied, the seasoning was subjective, I didn't find it very good, but it wasn't terrible either. I took the Quang Ngai - An Suong trip, and the bus stopped only 3 times (including dinner) for passengers to use the restroom. The nice thing is that when we were near the dinner stop, there was an announcement over the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker said it would stop for 30 minutes, but it only stopped for about 25 minutes, probably because all the passengers had already boarded. In short, my first time riding this bus and I will definitely ride again if I have the chance.

The bus company was decent. The service quality was acceptable, but there's still a lot of room for improvement to match higher-quality buses like Viet Tan Phat. The staff member was very pleasant and friendly. The food in Xuan Loc was also good, and the restaurant owner was very accommodating with extra rice, but the restrooms need to be cleaner. The bus company needs to provide an additional quick restroom stop, because on the journey from Dien Khanh, Nha Trang to Quang Ngai, forcing people to hold it in until they get home would be a lifelong trauma; no one would dare take the bus again. I would have given it only 4 stars, but the staff member was very polite and had a great attitude, so I'm giving it 5 stars.
