Mình đi xe 22 phòng, có wc, xuất phát 12g, chuyến đi hôm qua của mình như thế này: 1. Ưu điểm: - Mấy bạn CSKH kỹ tính và dễ thương, gọi điện trước check thông tin trước 1 ngày, dặn dò đủ thứ luôn. - Bác tài và nhân viên xe nói chuyện rất dễ thương và dễ chịu. - Nhà vệ sinh trên xe sạch sẽ. - Phòng nằm không phải mới kin kít nhưng rất sạch sẽ, êm, nằm thoải mái cho cả 2 người, mình say xe nhưng nằm thoải mái lắm, có thể đọc sách được nguyên cả chuyến đi luôn mà. - Xuất phát đúng giờ và mình đến bến Chu Văn An lúc 19g30, không phải quá trễ đối với mình. 2. Khuyết điểm: - Chỉ trung chuyển đến bến xe Đà Lạt trong bán kính 5km, mình ở hơi xa nên tự ra bến. - Mới đầu mình tưởng có trung chuyển dìa Mã Lò nhưng nhà xe có xin lỗi và báo lại chỉ dừng ở Chu Văn An được thôi. Nếu về Mã Lò được thì tiện cho mình quá chừng. Do xe dễ thương nên gặp được khách trên xe ai cũng dễ thương quá luôn, nên chuyến đi hôm qua của mình okela lắm, hi vọng nhà xe giữ được phong độ như thế này, đừng bị sa sút nha.
