22:00, Hanoi 에서 Lao Cai를 거치지 않고 Sapa 로 바로 가는 Single Cabin (2층)을 탔다. 1. 버스 이용 3일 전에 전화로 예약 시간대를 변경하였는데, 영어로 소통이 가능했고 시간 변경 역시 수월했다. 버스 출발 시간 10분 전에만 오면 여유롭게 종이티켓 발권받을 수 있다. ++ 2. 버스가 가끔씩 늦게 오는 경우가 있다고 하는데, 제시간에 왔다. 3. 시설은 냄새나지 않고 깔끔하였다. 2층을 이용하였는데, 1층이 천장이 조금 더 높긴 하지만, 가격이 두배나 되므로 무조건 2층을 추천한다. + 4. 좌석이 완전히 눕혀지지는 않았고, 160도쯤까지는 되었다(좌석 등받이 뒤에 신발 등을 놓을 수 있는 공간이 있다). 길이가 여유롭지는 않아 키가 175 이상이면 무릎을 약간 구부려야 할 수도 있다. - 5. 화장실이 없었지만, 사파 가는 5시간 동안 휴게소를 두 번 들러서 화장실을 이용할 수 있게 해줬다. 6. 물을 한 병씩 나누어 준다. 와이파이는 잘 연결되었다. 가장 큰 아쉬움은, 사파를 가는 동안 버스 내의 전원을 차단해서 USB plug가 있음에도 핸드폰 충전이 불가능하다는 점이었다. 낮 시간대에는 어떨지 모르겠다. TV는 없지만 애초에 볼 생각도 없었으니 괜찮다. - 7. 영어를 할 줄 아는 가이드가 버스를 같이 타서 종착지까지 함께 했다. 출발과 도착 직전에 안내 방송도 해주고, 특히 우리는 처음에 탈 때 자리를 조금 더 넓은 곳으로 옮겨주기까지 했다(그렇다고 가격 차이가 나는 1층으로는 옮겨주지 않았다). +++ 8. 2층에 탔는데도, 운전하는 동안 덜컹거림을 많이 느끼지 않았고 멀미도 하지 않았다. 좌석에서 자다가 옆으로 굴러떨어지지 않게 보호장치가 있었다(사생활 보호(?)를 위해 좌석마다 커튼도 있다). + 9. 22시 출발 익일 03시 도착이었는데, 06시까지 버스 안에서 잘 수 있게 해주었다. ++ 주로 낮 시간에만 운행되는 버스회사라는 점이 매우매우 아쉬울 정도로, 서비스가 완벽했다. 사파에서 하노이로 돌아오는 버스회사(Sao Viet)가 최악이었기 때문에 더 좋아 보이는 면도 있겠지만, 앞으로 사파를 간다면 이 버스회사(Sapa Express) 시간표부터 확인할 것 같다.
