The bus service was punctual and well-organized. I booked the 10 a.m. departure, and the operator called the day before to confirm my booking. The driver then called the following morning sometime between 8 and 9 a.m to arrange pickup. Although the vehicle was listed as a limousine on the booking platform, I was actually picked up in a four-seater car with one other passenger. The driver drove carefully and confidently, and both the driver and the assistant were polite and friendly throughout the journey. Overall, I had no complaints, am happy with their service.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. The pick-up and drop-off service is what I appreciate most compared to other bus companies. However, there should be a discount for groups of two or more. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Customer service is good. Bottled water, power outlets, curtains, etc. Overall, the service is good. However, they should put up decals with the Wi-Fi password for passengers who need it (because the bus has it, but many people won't know it).

An absolutely perfect experience. The transport service provided door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, always ensuring I arrived and returned right on schedule. Many thanks to the service provider; the support staff were incredibly helpful, and the driver contacted me directly to coordinate the pick-up time. Simply excellent.
