Actually this is my second time to take the MPV bus in Vietnam, my experience is very good, the driver come to my place to pick me up with a little bit late but no more than 10 minutes, and the time we arrived at Mong Cai are very on time, very suitable for a four hours trip. The driver was quite punctual, picking me up at around 8:30 and 8:40. The bus is very spacious and comfortable with one seat per person. The whole journey was high speed and there were no random stops. The driver and the bus owner can speak Chinese, and if you have any questions, you can just call the owner to ask, so it is very comfortable.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. Car on time, enthusiastic advice

When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

Departure was delayed by about 10 minutes because I lost my phone, but it was nice that they kindly helped me find my phone. He was kind.
