Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. The driver was very helpful and even helped us change the tickets after we missed our original scheduled time. He organized the pickup at our hotel and dropped us off at our new stay.

The pick-up and drop-off service is what I appreciate most compared to other bus companies. However, there should be a discount for groups of two or more. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Customer service is good. Bottled water, power outlets, curtains, etc. Overall, the service is good. However, they should put up decals with the Wi-Fi password for passengers who need it (because the bus has it, but many people won't know it).

The driver is punctual. The bus is comfortable and we arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was a little abrupt in his driving but overall it was very good.
