My family includes grandparents over 70 years old and people who easily get motion sickness, but everyone was satisfied with the trip, from the quality of the bus, the schedule, the driver, and the bus company staff – everything was great. My family of five all loved the seats; they reclined and allowed us to rest our feet. The driver and assistant driver were enthusiastic and very nice. The only downside is that the bus company only operates the Saigon - Phan Thiet route. Otherwise, it's a 10/10.
