I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews on Google Maps, but I was very satisfied with the actual ride. The driver on the 1:30 PM trip on January 6th from Phan Thiet to Bao Loc was very enthusiastic, drove safely, and was on time. The car was a bit old, but considering the cost, I felt it was completely worth it. There's nothing to complain about.

Honest review, no booking at all. At first, when I saw many 1-star reviews, I was a bit worried, not knowing whether to go or not because everyone criticized the car very badly such as: "always late, torn rubber seats, dirty and smelly blankets, rude drivers, ... ", but I still decided to try booking a ticket to experience and was completely surprised by the quality of the car. The car departed on time, before that, the operator contacted me to remind me of the trip schedule and license plate number, in addition, there was a free transfer within a 15km radius. The driver was very funny and polite, the car was new, the toilet was clean, the blanket was very fragrant. 2 people lay comfortably (I am 1m50 - 55kg and my friend is 1m73 - 70kg). The car ran smoothly. The bus conductor was also very gentle and cute, when the car arrived at the stop and I didn't know, he asked us "Are you two going home here, the car has arrived at the stop" 😭. This is my real experience of the first time riding Thanh Binh Xanh's DOUBLE BED bus, I am extremely satisfied, with 10⭐️ I will also rate again, will continue to support TBX if I have the opportunity to go somewhere. I think the 1 ⭐️ rating is for the SINGLE BED bus, or that is the old driver, now the bus has accepted feedback and improved the quality better so everyone should try it (SINGLE BED bus) I have not tried it so I don't know but DOUBLE BED is worth trying with a ticket price of only 480K for 2 people. My trip was DL - BD 00559, if anyone goes on the same trip with me, can give a general rating so everyone knows the real quality of the bus. First of all, the bus runs very punctually, both the driver and the ticket sales staff are enthusiastic, etc. I see a lot of people saying that Thanh Lich's service is bad because it doesn't have drinking water and stops to load and deliver goods along the way. a lot, but personally, I think that with the price of 200k for an air-conditioned sleeper car, you shouldn't ask for more, and stopping along the way to load and deliver goods is a revenue problem for the bus company that I personally think I don't mind that, but people who suffer from seasickness will be extremely uncomfortable 😁. I was at the designated meeting point, and they asked me to go to another one a 10-minute walk away. I told them I couldn't walk with all my luggage and that I had already taken a taxi. They immediately sent me a taxi, paid for by them, and dropped me off at my hotel at the arrival point. The text message responses were clear and quick, so I was very happy. I arrived an hour after the scheduled time, but that didn't bother me. The bus was comfortable and clean.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

The bus company is new so not many people know about it. If you need to go from Da Lat to Phan Thiet, you can refer to it. Everyone at the bus company is very nice, always smiling and talking, always asking about customers. I have experienced many routes and many bus companies, but the guys at the bus company gave me a very wow feeling. Especially on the way from Da Lat to Phan Thiet, the bus company stopped at a station with a very, very wow view. The road is being rebuilt so it's a bit scary and bumpy, but the driver is extremely strong, he doesn't drive around. The picture below is the guy giving out candy to everyone. It's very cool.
