Good service attitude
I went on a business trip from HCM to Da Nang and then back from Chu Lai. At first, I was a bit worried when trying to book a Ba Thanh bus, but I was extremely satisfied, enthusiastic about booking tickets, answering questions very enthusiastically and clearly about the price, without forcing or placing any restrictions on the customer. Just two words: AMAZING. 10 points for the driver, 5 stars++ for the transportation company. The driver was enthusiastic and friendly. The car was clean and odorless, which was great for someone like me who gets motion sickness. I will definitely support them again next time.
