The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

The car is spacious and clean. The staff is enthusiastic, but the bus company needs to apply technology to management so that the right seat can be chosen and the driver can know that the customer has already paid without having to ask again.

Friendly and polite driver. car is clean. The car drives slowly and safely. Clean stop, delicious food. The enthusiastic and thoughtful hotline operator helped me book cheap tickets. The bus company has transfers at both ends, so traveling saves a lot of money. Next time I go, I will still choose Hai Phu. Hope the car company maintains its form
