I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not. The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

Why don't many people know about this bus company yet? I'm super super satisfied - The bus runs on time, doesn't stop to pick up passengers along the way (save a lot of time) - The driver is super enthusiastic - The bus owner is super cute and even carries my stuff for me - More importantly, the bus is new, odorless, so people who get carsick don't have to worry (I swear, reputable, no seeding 🫰🏻) - When arriving at the office, the bus owner even sent a car to pick you up and drop you off at your place. In short, this is a super great bus trip, everyone should really, really experience it.
