Full wifi, the bed has an adjustable overhead light, 3 light levels, customizable. Generally private, but not soundproof. It is recommended to bring headphones or earplugs if you want to be quiet. The ride at night is very quiet, I can just sleep and get there. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I was provided.

I think the car company could have more assistant drivers in all vehicles to help reduce driver fatigue, find more assistant drivers who can speak English, or open tutoring classes to teach English communication for long-distance drivers. . Because I personally see many foreign tourists on trips to tourist areas like this, but they cannot communicate with the driver, so no matter how enthusiastic the driver and assistant are, it is not certain that they will understand or not. Have a fun experience in the car.

The bus departs on a fixed time and picks up and drops off customers at the door enthusiastically. Facilities on the bus are always guaranteed, enthusiastic drivers always support customers, always answer customer questions enthusiastically, bringing satisfaction to passengers.

The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

Very nice ride! Only the pick up point was not correct but luckily another driver from the same company gave us a lift to another place where we were picked up by the right bus. No one speaks English but they take very good care and are super helpful. Nice and comfortable seats.

I was a bit hesitant booking the sleeper bus because I have heard many horror stories about them, however the ride was very pleasant. We bought the double bed and even though I am 195cm high, the journey was comfortable and I was able to sleep most of the time (although I couldn’t fully stretch my legs. I would need another 20-30cm for that). The bed was wide and the two of us could fit there quite nicely. There were two stops along the way to Sapa (cca every 2 hours) for bathroom and snacks. The bed was clean and the bus driver honked only occasionally. I really recommend this bus. And if you are taller like me, I recommend paying extra for the better bed.
