The bus is a standard model, so it isn't the newest, but all the services are excellent. Two drivers take turns driving, ensuring safety. The manager is friendly, and the three staff members take good care of foreign passengers. It has air conditioning and USB charging, and the bus stops frequently at rest areas. The restroom fee is 3,000 VND. There is a variety of snacks available. You just need to wait inside the bus terminal for departure, but due to delays, the journey takes about 9 hours. I am satisfied with the 480,000 VND bus.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). My mother really likes this driver because he shares with her very impressive life perspectives. I didn't ask for his name, I just knew he was in Ninh Binh. I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

Đặc biệt tài xế lái xe tốt, không gây dao động lớn cho khác hàng khi chuyển làn, hay ôm cua (như lần tôi đi tháng 6 gồm 2 mẹ con từ điểm Nhà hàng Hải sản QN gần TĐ BS). Bác tài lần này cũng khá trẻ nhưng tận tình hỗ trợ tôi điểm xuống trước vị trí tôi đặt đến, để tôi có thể dễ dàng đặt xe đi tiếp tránh, tránh tắc đường, nhanh về nhà cách điểm xuống 20km. Tôi cũng thích xe Limoxin vì xe cao thoáng, đi xa rất dễ chịu (Tôi có thêm 1 ý kiến nhỏ với nhà xe. Nếu nhà xe Hà lan hợp đồng với tacxi đón/trả khách dứt khoát không nên hợp đồng với lái xe nghiện thuốc lá nhé. Tháng 6 tôi đi từ điểm Văn phòng Tng về Vincom, tacxxi trả khách là người hút thuốc trên xe có mùi nồng nặc khiến tôi và con tôi ở chặng cuối cùng cảm thấy rất khổ sở). If I could give this transfer service 10 stars, I would. My husband and I recently used their service for a transfer from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to Halong Bay, and I am writing this review not just because the service was good, but because they were absolute heroes. Our flight was severely delayed, and despite our best efforts to communicate, we arrived at the airport over two hours late. We were stressed, exhausted, and fully expected to have missed our pre-booked transfer, potentially jeopardizing our entire Halong Bay cruise the next day. To our utter amazement, our driver was still there, patiently waiting for us. He calmly helped us with our luggage and got us into a very comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned vehicle. The journey itself was smooth and safe. But what truly sets this company apart is their incredible customer service and understanding. They went the extra mile (quite literally!) to ensure our vacation wasn't ruined. Highly, highly recommended!

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

Contacted the hotline provided by Vexere. The “hotline” response is fast and reliable, and he ended up the one who picked us up instead of the original driver and car. But it’s ok, driver was also able to drop us very near to our stay in Hanoi. Just remember to contact the hotline provided by Vexere, instead of waiting for them to contact you.

We booked a transfer from Halong to Hanoi, and the carrier exceeded our expectations. The arrangement to change pick-up place and car & driver’s information was appropriate and make me feel easiness.

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

The bus was new, the driver drove smoothly, and we were picked up right at my location in Ha Long. The attendant was easy to contact and called ahead to confirm the booking and pick-up location. If I have the opportunity, I will choose this bus company again.

The us driverand a guide were reliable and helpful. They do their best to solve the trouble. Punctuality is the issue in Vietnam not only this time. Al2ays asked to arrive 30min early fir the customer but yhe departinf time is normally 30min late. Otherwise I am happy.
