Even on the mountain roads, we always felt safe thanks to the skilled and careful driver. Hi everyone. The assistant is a wonderful girl, polite and attentive. Her attitude alone is enough to give this service a 5. She gave me half a day's notice of the departure time. She also provided advice on all matters, even those unrelated to this trip. I asked which taxi service I could use in Hanoi. She suggested I book a taxi; the price wasn't much different from what I found on Grab. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The driver drove carefully. The bus was a little late, but I could see he'd been waiting a long time for tourists from a hotel near mine.
