There was a bit of nudge via text message to get me to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, but otherwise everything went well. The driver even dropped me off at my hotel. Of course, the driver drives like a maniac, especially overtaking without visibility, but hey, that's Vietnam for you.

We heard the driving was very dangerous and for the first two hours we were really scared and then after a while when faced with constant perceived eminent death, we relaxed and accepted our fate and started to really enjoy the journey and skill of our driver. They are very experienced drivers and you cannot compare it to how we drive in the west. We had a great time in the end and the views out of the car were fantastic. It’s not for the faint hearted or the week of stomach but if you like adventure and living on the edge, I highly recommend it.

Reading the feedback, I saw that the review was a bit skeptical, but there was no better choice than this. I closed my eyes and booked it. Who would have thought that the service was better than what I expected. The driver spoke softly and picked me up at sbay. I was late due to traffic jam and also called to let me know to ease my anxiety. I was able to sit in the car as I booked on the app, the driver drove carefully, took me to the door, the car was clean and airy, my experience was very good. Okay, please support the garage

The driver was great. He arrived on time, we arrived earlier than expected, and he dropped us off directly at our hotel. He speaks English as an added bonus.

I have to say that bus services in Vietnam are of a very high standard. The app shows you where the bus is, when it will arrive, and even exactly where you should stand. We felt safe with the driver; he made regular stops and kept asking us if we needed anything. We were very satisfied. We highly recommend this transportation service.
