The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.

I am very satisfied with the bus company. The staff is enthusiastic, the bus from Hanoi is new, the driver is cheerful, friendly, and drives carefully. The ticket price is ok compared to other bus companies. Unfortunately, there are no tickets left for the return trip. Thank you bus company.

The host gave us a useful introduction on the schedule (break, boat, etc) and shared so much useful information on the way to help with our time in Cat Ba. He answered the questions I had about possible trips at the destination, and even other ideas for Vietnam. We said we’d like to rent a scooter and when we showed up, there was already a lady on the side of the street with a scooter waiting for us!
