Awesome service as I changed the pick-up location the night before due to accommodation issues. They were on time to pick me up and had a safe and pleasant ride all the way to Hanoi Opera House. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The bus was on time, drove us to the main town then we were ushered to a private taxi to our accommodation. It all went smoothly and was happy with the service.

Great garage, lovely history, quick and on-time contact. Clean, cool, if you need to go to the bathroom, they also support you, the staff is helpful. My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. The bus runs on time - the driver pays along the way as requested. Friendly staff However, Vexere should update the bus company to pick up along the Hanoi route so that customers will not have to waste time going to Royal City.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

The car runs smoothly, does not speed or overtake recklessly, does not overload passengers. The driver is very polite, the operator answers cutely, and takes good care of customers. If you travel from Hanoi to Mai Chau, you should choose Quoc Viet bus company.

Contrary to the negative reviews I had read, the driver was there and left right on time.

The bus departed late compared to the schedule recorded by vexere (probably due to the characteristics of the Moc Chau bus), but the travel time from MC to Hanoi was ok. The car has seats but is very clean, beautiful and luxurious, the seats can recline 180 degrees so the ride feels better than the sleeper bus. 5 star rating for Ka Linh.
