I loved this trip and I will book again with them. Everything was extremely smooth. I booked the trip online and boarded the vehicle on time. We left on time. Stopped at 2 stops for a toilet break and to buy some snacks. The driver was extremely professional, kind and patient. Helped us with instructions everywhere needed. Even got me a bottle of water. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. He drove very smoothly. We arrived right on time. In Mai Chau, as soon as we arrived, a shuttle car was ready and it dropped all the passengers to their destination homestays or hotels at no extra cost. The driver of the shuttle car was also very very nice. Amazing service. Both the drivers also helped me kindly with my very heavy backpack. I very highly recommend them for Hanoi - Mai Chau trip.

The driver was enthusiastic, picked up and dropped off on time, provided full information, it seemed like a new car that ran smoothly and without any bumps, and was clean. The road from Hanoi to Mai Chau had many mountain passes and curves, but the driver drove very calmly and seemed to be very familiar with the route. I didn't get carsick at all. The bus service was great. The pick-up was on time, and I received a text and email the night before with the bus plate number and driver’s contact. The driver found me at the pick-up point, confirmed my details, and provided clear instructions. The ride was smooth, and I was dropped off at my hostel.

The new bus company was very dedicated and meticulous. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The driver was very friendly and drove safely, maintaining a moderate speed so I didn't get motion sickness. The rest stops were also uncrowded, allowing for ample rest time, and were clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip.

The driver was fantastic and helpful.I don't speak a word of Vietnamese,but he didn't let me feel bad about it.On the contrary,he was always very kind and helpful,even dropping me off right in front of the place I needed to go,which was a few kilometers away from the nearest drop-off point I had reserved.I'm 1.90 tall,and i was very comfortable during the 4-hour trip.All the other passengers were also polite and respectful,I was the only foreigner.It was a pleasure traveling with you,and I will definitely do it again.GRAZIE 🙏

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

I have nothing negative to say about the bus company itself. The bus wasn’t new, but it was comfortable enough. We arrived on time and were picked up directly from our hotel. I had pre-selected our seats online, and those exact seats were available when we boarded — everything was organized and as expected, no surprises. What I didn’t enjoy was the road itself — winding, busy, and quite exhausting. The driver often had to overtake other vehicles, sometimes in ways that didn’t feel entirely safe. To be fair, I think this was more about the road than the driver. This stretch is genuinely challenging, stressful, and requires a lot of focus. Just something to be prepared for.

The car runs smoothly, does not speed or overtake recklessly, does not overload passengers. The driver is very polite, the operator answers cutely, and takes good care of customers. If you travel from Hanoi to Mai Chau, you should choose Quoc Viet bus company.

It was really nice, good information. The only thing was that we had chosen drop off at the home stay in ta xua, but first when we arrived the driver said he could not go there so we had to take a take for double the pride as the whole trips from hanoi the last bit. Everything else worked really well.

Great experience! Finding the bus in Yen Nghia is easy. Enter the bus station and wait under the sign that says "Mai Chau". The bus pulled up at 9:30AM for the 10AM ride. The bus had a few stops in the vicinity to pick up packages, and we finally set off at 10:15AM. Despite dropping off the packages at multiple locations, the bus arrived at Mai Chau at 1:15PM, exactly 3 hours since it started. Ride was smooth, driving was great. Although honking was done frequently, the ride never felt rash. Carry some earbuds and one could sleep well. Bus might be a tight squeeze for tall people, it is a standard seater bus. However, no complaints because of the really affordable pricing. No rest stops on the way, however, I guess the driver would stop if requested.
