The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

Because of an incident, my plane landed 1.5 hours late. But the driver still enthusiastically called and proactively waited for me to get to the airport and take me home safely.
