Hi everyone. The assistant is a wonderful girl, polite and attentive. Her attitude alone is enough to give this service a 5. She gave me half a day's notice of the departure time. She also provided advice on all matters, even those unrelated to this trip. I asked which taxi service I could use in Hanoi. She suggested I book a taxi; the price wasn't much different from what I found on Grab. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The driver drove carefully. The bus was a little late, but I could see he'd been waiting a long time for tourists from a hotel near mine.

I am very satisfied with the bus company. The staff is enthusiastic, the bus from Hanoi is new, the driver is cheerful, friendly, and drives carefully. The ticket price is ok compared to other bus companies. Unfortunately, there are no tickets left for the return trip. Thank you bus company.

The host gave us a useful introduction on the schedule (break, boat, etc) and shared so much useful information on the way to help with our time in Cat Ba. He answered the questions I had about possible trips at the destination, and even other ideas for Vietnam. We said we’d like to rent a scooter and when we showed up, there was already a lady on the side of the street with a scooter waiting for us!
