I live in Hanoi and plan a self-guided trip to visit Bai Dinh Ancient Pagoda/Bai Dinh Pagoda (Ninh Binh) during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. Transportation is now very accessible. Among many limousine companies, I searched on Vexere and found a suitable schedule with XE Vietnam. The round-trip ticket prices are quite reasonable. What I found most impressive is their shuttle service. From their office at 251 Luong Van Thang Street, Hoa Lu Ward to Bai Dinh Pagoda, Tay Hoa Lu Ward, the distance is about 20km. The company enthusiastically provided a shuttle service, even for just one person, covering a total distance of 40km, for only an additional fee of 45,000 VND. My only concern is that the company might lose money. That's the only positive thing about the shuttle service. Happy New Year to XE Vietnam! Best regards.

The bus service was punctual and well-organized. I booked the 10 a.m. departure, and the operator called the day before to confirm my booking. The driver then called the following morning sometime between 8 and 9 a.m to arrange pickup. Although the vehicle was listed as a limousine on the booking platform, I was actually picked up in a four-seater car with one other passenger. The driver drove carefully and confidently, and both the driver and the assistant were polite and friendly throughout the journey. Overall, I had no complaints, am happy with their service.

Excellent! The driver was attentive and responsible, and we arrived at our destination quickly. It was a great experience. Also, because I booked the wrong time, the company agreed to change the date for me, which was fantastic!

Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. Driver drove like a proper Vietnamese - passing people in the shoulder in a jam etc. Since there was a huge traffic jam and we were in a hurry to get to the airport, I was rooting for him. If you come to Vietnam expecting people to drive like in Europe, go somewhere else

I was completely satisfied with the services the bus provided. This is the 4th time I booked this bus in advance and it can be the best bus services I have ever experienced. The driver was so nice and supportive during the trip. Although he picked me up kinda later than the fixed pick-up time, he immediately apologized me for it due to traffic congestion in the peak hour in Hà Nội so I can sympathize with him. He drove safely and we had a comfy convo about traffic in Hà Nội and Ninh Bình. Thank you for the bus!

We are a family of three from Indonesia. We were picked up on time at our hotel. We booked three weeks before departure. After placing our order, the admin immediately contacted us to determine where we would like to be picked up and dropped off.

The pick-up and drop-off service is what I appreciate most compared to other bus companies. However, there should be a discount for groups of two or more. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Customer service is good. Bottled water, power outlets, curtains, etc. Overall, the service is good. However, they should put up decals with the Wi-Fi password for passengers who need it (because the bus has it, but many people won't know it).

An absolutely perfect experience. The transport service provided door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, always ensuring I arrived and returned right on schedule. The driver was so nice! The car is clean and confortable , my friend was a few mins late because of the drivers were canceling her ride! He was understanding and waited with a big smile! And we still made it on time!

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.
