We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. Stopped for a couple of loo and snack breaks. Very good coordination from Ms Trang at Cuong Phat Limousine. Sent me the details via WhatsApp yesterday itself with the Driver and Vehicle details.
