The driver was courteous and polite; the service was excellent.

Driver drove like a proper Vietnamese - passing people in the shoulder in a jam etc. Since there was a huge traffic jam and we were in a hurry to get to the airport, I was rooting for him. If you come to Vietnam expecting people to drive like in Europe, go somewhere else

Great round-trip bus from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making the ride very relaxing. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and on time, which made everything stress-free. The staff were friendly, helpful, and well organized. Overall, a very easy and reliable experience.
