The bus picked me up on time, was clean, and ran safely. I booked a bus at 5pm to pick me up from Da Nang airport to Quang Ngai, but because everything was done early, the bus company flexibly arranged for me to take the 4pm bus. I also dropped something and only discovered it a few days later, and the bus company helped me find it. Next time I travel from Da Nang to Quang Ngai, I will continue to use Ha Thao bus company.

I missed my train because I forgot my phone, so I called the staff at the bus company to ask for help rescheduling, and they were all so kind. The bus was clean and safe. I'll definitely book again if I have the chance!

I reserved a front seat, but the bus company assigned me a back seat. Otherwise, they were pretty punctual.
