Driver was on time and called me 20 minutes before arrival. Driver also asked me if I wanted to be dropped off at a specific address other than the main drop off point. I was dropped Right at my apartment which was super convenient and avoided the cost of a taxi. I will definitely be using this provider from now on with my limousine van needs.

The departure wasn't punctual because passengers were picked up at each stop when the meeting point was supposed to be at a single point. I appreciate the kindness, but I would have preferred it to have been as agreed upon at the beginning. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car was comfortable, and the driver drove very well. Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. He is a very good driver！
