This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

First time experience and pretty good impression. The bus was on time, the facilities were excellent: plenty of water, small pillows for the head, soft seats, adjustable to stretch the legs, large seating space. In general, it's worth the price, the price difference from other brands is not much, so go to AVIGO for a healthy and worthy experience. I left late at night (10pm) so the road was empty, it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to MCT road.

I hope more people know about Thanh Phong bus because the service quality is so good. The drivers drive carefully and happily. The bus company also sends thank you messages to passengers after the trip. I will continue to support the bus company when I have the opportunity to take my children out.
