I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews on Google Maps, but I was very satisfied with the actual ride. The driver on the 1:30 PM trip on January 6th from Phan Thiet to Bao Loc was very enthusiastic, drove safely, and was on time. The car was a bit old, but considering the cost, I felt it was completely worth it. There's nothing to complain about.

The bus company is new so not many people know about it. If you need to go from Da Lat to Phan Thiet, you can refer to it. Everyone at the bus company is very nice, always smiling and talking, always asking about customers. Especially on the way from Da Lat to Phan Thiet, the bus company stopped at a station with a very, very wow view.
