I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews on Google Maps, but I was very satisfied with the actual ride. The driver on the 1:30 PM trip on January 6th from Phan Thiet to Bao Loc was very enthusiastic, drove safely, and was on time. The car was a bit old, but considering the cost, I felt it was completely worth it. There's nothing to complain about.

My family of five all loved the seats; they reclined and allowed us to rest our feet. The driver and assistant driver were enthusiastic and very nice. The only downside is that the bus company only operates the Saigon - Phan Thiet route. Otherwise, it's a 10/10.

I booked and received e mail confirmation no issues. I was expecting an email or Whatsapp follow up but was surprised when I had an email from Xuan Pha bus saying they would not be able to contact me as I didn't have a Vietnamese phone number. They asked for me to send a photo of my wife and I, which I did, but I was a little concerned. The email also asked that we be at the pick up point 30 minutes before departure. We arrived 30 mins beforehand and before we could locate the bus the driver found us which worked really well. The bus and seating were clean and very comfortable and the driver was really good. I will have no issues booking with Xuan Pha again.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. I wasn't able to try their overnight trips, as they were full, probably because they're in high demand! Don't hesitate! 👍
