Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. For the price this is a great choice.

The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

Due to the holiday, the pick up time was a bit late but still ok. I took the last trip of the day so the car was included, the driver was friendly. The car goes quickly and safely.
