Great service. Ontime, good driving, van was as pictured. Travel in comfort. I am not short with long legs and I was still quite comfortable. Massage seats were a great surprise. When arriving at the pick up spot, the staff quickly check in and provide the license plate number and confirm time of departure. This helps us foreigners to make sure we get on the right van. Also very great drivers. Very helpful to me when I didn't know where to be or which stop to get off at.

Good company, we started ride at the same time as expected. Clean, comfy seats with possibility to lay down. We also arrived a lot sooner than it was presented on timetable.

Very good company. Cars and seats are new, comfy. Adjustable. Back massager working but its without any vibrations. Driver was driving fast but safely, without rapid braking. Free wet towel and small bottle of water included. Their head office has lots of seats and space if have to wait longer for departure time.

Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. The driver is punctual. The bus is comfortable and we arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was a little abrupt in his driving but overall it was very good.

The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Friendly driver, the route to Long Bien is very convenient. Long term support ❤️

The ladies at the office in Hanoi have clearly been trained well in customer service as they were very friendly and helpful. The bus stopped twice in 6hrs which I feel was appropriate and the driver told us in English how many minutes we’d be stopping for (we haven’t had this anywhere else in Vietnam so we were surprised!). They even dropped us off at our hotel in Ha Giang which I wasn’t expecting as the ticket said we’d be dropped off at their office. I would say this is a very good company to travel with.
