Excellent service. They picked us up from our hotel in Halong and took us to our hotel in Tam Coc. We'd messaged them on WhatsApp in advance and called 10 minutes beforehand. There was one restroom stop and a snack. They provided a 0.5L bottle of water. The bus was large and the seats were quite comfortable. The drive took a little over four hours.

The trip went very well. The bus wasn’t brand new, but it was comfortable enough. There were only three other passengers besides me and my wife, so it was a quiet and relaxed ride. The driver was polite, careful, and drove calmly without speeding. The road itself was easy and not busy. We were dropped off right at our hotel, which was very convenient. I recommend both this route and this company.
