I don't know how to express my emotions when receiving such dedicated care. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience.
