I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. The bus is a standard model, so it isn't the newest, but all the services are excellent. Two drivers take turns driving, ensuring safety. The manager is friendly, and the three staff members take good care of foreign passengers. It has air conditioning and USB charging, and the bus stops frequently at rest areas. The restroom fee is 3,000 VND. There is a variety of snacks available. You just need to wait inside the bus terminal for departure, but due to delays, the journey takes about 9 hours. I am satisfied with the 480,000 VND bus.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

1. tin nhắn hoặc lời nhắc tự động sau khi khách đặt vé để họ đến đúng giờ(nếu không sẽ bị trễ chuyến). 2. lái xe khi dừng đỗ cho khách đổi từ ghế sau lên ghế trước cạnh tài xế chú ý cửa lên tránh miệng cống(để đảm bảo an toàn cho khách- tại HN: miệng cống bằng sắt chữ nhật dạng ô lưới, cửa miệng cống còn kết nối với vỉa hè tương đương 1 viên gạch lát viền vỉa hè 50-60cm. 3. Thái độ và tay nghề tài xế tốt. Bác tài đã cố gắng để về đến Tng kịp 20h, để khách nối chuyến Xe 11 chỗ nên thoáng đãng.
