I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. Both the shuttle buses and the passenger vans are comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

The driver was very attentive and considerate of my needs. He picked me up on time, even though I arrived a little later than expected. I am very grateful to the driver and customer service for their great support.

Thái độ và tay nghề tài xế tốt. Bác tài đã cố gắng để về đến Tng kịp 20h, để khách nối chuyến Xe 11 chỗ nên thoáng đãng.

It was really nice, good information. The only thing was that we had chosen drop off at the home stay in ta xua, but first when we arrived the driver said he could not go there so we had to take a take for double the pride as the whole trips from hanoi the last bit.
