This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.
