I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. The bus is a standard model, so it isn't the newest, but all the services are excellent. Two drivers take turns driving, ensuring safety. The manager is friendly, and the three staff members take good care of foreign passengers. It has air conditioning and USB charging, and the bus stops frequently at rest areas. The restroom fee is 3,000 VND. There is a variety of snacks available. You just need to wait inside the bus terminal for departure, but due to delays, the journey takes about 9 hours. I am satisfied with the 480,000 VND bus.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). My mother really likes this driver because he shares with her very impressive life perspectives. I didn't ask for his name, I just knew he was in Ninh Binh. tôi đi chuyến HL 17h00 tối 22/10 rất hài lòng, từ taxi đón từ nhà. Đặc biệt tài xế lái xe tốt, không gây dao động lớn cho khác hàng khi chuyển làn, hay ôm cua (như lần tôi đi tháng 6 gồm 2 mẹ con từ điểm Nhà hàng Hải sản QN gần TĐ BS). Bác tài lần này cũng khá trẻ nhưng tận tình hỗ trợ tôi điểm xuống trước vị trí tôi đặt đến, để tôi có thể dễ dàng đặt xe đi tiếp tránh, tránh tắc đường, nhanh về nhà cách điểm xuống 20km. Tôi cũng thích xe Limoxin vì xe cao thoáng, đi xa rất dễ chịu (Tôi có thêm 1 ý kiến nhỏ với nhà xe. Nếu nhà xe Hà lan hợp đồng với tacxi đón/trả khách dứt khoát không nên hợp đồng với lái xe nghiện thuốc lá nhé. Tháng 6 tôi đi từ điểm Văn phòng Tng về Vincom, tacxxi trả khách là người hút thuốc trên xe có mùi nồng nặc khiến tôi và con tôi ở chặng cuối cùng cảm thấy rất khổ sở). Nay tôi ý kiến lại như vậy để nhà xe ngày càng nâng cao uy tín với KH

If I could give this transfer service 10 stars, I would. My husband and I recently used their service for a transfer from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to Halong Bay, and I am writing this review not just because the service was good, but because they were absolute heroes. Our flight was severely delayed, and despite our best efforts to communicate, we arrived at the airport over two hours late. We were stressed, exhausted, and fully expected to have missed our pre-booked transfer, potentially jeopardizing our entire Halong Bay cruise the next day. To our utter amazement, our driver was still there, patiently waiting for us. He calmly helped us with our luggage and got us into a very comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned vehicle. The journey itself was smooth and safe. But what truly sets this company apart is their incredible customer service and understanding. They went the extra mile (quite literally!) to ensure our vacation wasn't ruined. Highly, highly recommended!

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.
