Excellent trip, comfortable shuttle from chosen pick-up point, helpful and polite management, great seats, clean and comfy 🥰✨

Everything was great. I got an english-speaking contact by going to their ticket office and we communicated by WhatsApp. She was incredibly helpful - she arranged a very convenient pickup and drop off point (along their route). The van was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

First time using this bus service, quite impressed. I arrived at Nui Ba, departing at 4:20, returning at 17:35. The waiting room was clean, the staff was enthusiastic. The driver was polite, played soft, relaxing music, the seats had massage, and I slept well on the bus 😆. I saw that they cleaned the bus before inviting passengers to get on. The departure time was 5-10 minutes later than the time on the ticket, but for me it was not significant. There was a transfer to the Sunworld tourist area parking lot, the waiting room was inside. The transfer driver was also polite and enthusiastic. The trip served a small bottle of water with ginger candy, the return trip served fruit in the waiting room, winter melon juice with chia seeds, dried dragon fruit and ginger candy. The ginger candy was delicious, one piece was not enough 🥹 Overall, I was satisfied, the next time I go to TN, I will continue to book this bus 👍

The staff is really very kind.. I left early in the morning and was picked up from a hotel 2 kilometers from the travel pool. The man who guarded it was kind, gentle and able to solve my problems. For foreign workers who work in the Phuoc Dong industrial area, this travel can be a solution for traveling to and from there.

Bus was on time. Staff is very helpful and flexible for me to change the departure time to meet my needs.

It's been more than 7 years since I last took Futa. The new Kim Long 34-seat fleet is better, not as stuffy as the Futa 34-seat bus in 2018. The bus runs smoothly, I slept all the way to my destination. No need to print a ticket. Just give the QR code to the attendant to scan and get on the bus. The bus runs on time. The transfer in HCM is quite convenient (luckily there is a transfer point right in front of my house in HCM). There is a slight minus point that the slippers for passengers to change into when getting off the bus are quite dirty, the bus company should clean it to look better.

I am satisfied with the trip from Vung Tau to Vung Tau intersection, the staff is cheerful and enthusiastic.
