The car was old but everything was still working well. Newer models would have in-car charging or massage functions, which would be more convenient for passengers. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Trung (or Chung), the driver of my 4 PM trip on April 19th, 2026, for his enthusiastic help in retrieving my phone and wallet that I had left behind at the Cao Thang office, as well as the staff from both the Saigon and Can Tho offices. Their help was genuine and heartfelt, not superficial. When I received my belongings back at 11 PM, they were in a box, carefully wrapped, shockproof, and properly labeled. I am very grateful for this.

Trước giờ tôi toàn đi Huỳnh Đạt, Kim Mã, Trung Kiên... nhưng dịch vụ của những xe này rất tệ, tài xế ăn nói thì rất vô văn hoá. Nếu Thái Bảo đẩy mạnh quảng cáo được nhiều người biết đến thì tôi tin chắc toàn bộ Kh sẽ chọn đi Thái Bảo. và tôi sẽ là 1 trong những số đó. The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.
