The first time I took this bus, I got on the bus and someone else was sitting there. Seeing that I was shy and didn't dare to remind them, the driver reminded me and was very polite. The bus in Tay Ninh: there was a lady who took care of the drinks very carefully. Because I checked out and arrived 30 minutes early, the staff were also enthusiastic in asking and supporting me to change the bus earlier. The bus ran at a moderate speed, not as tiring as the times I took the bus back to the province. The bus in Ho Chi Minh City: the staff who supported the transfer were also quite enthusiastic and cute. My place was not convenient to transfer to the place, waiting for the transfer bus was a bit long, because I had something to do, I just took the bus back myself, they were very apologetic. How cute. Overall, my experience with the bus was quite good and happy.

The transition from the Q5 office to the main depot and onward to Cambodia was smooth. During this trip, the staff provided a delightful banh mi sandwich, with the veggies thoughtfully packed separately to maintain freshness, along with a bottle of water. The seats were comfortable, and the bus had a charming 1970s disco décor. The journey was pleasant, and each stop, including the two border crossings, the bathroom break in Cambodia, and the drop-off points in Phnom Penh, were well managed. For my transportation needs, Phy Phy is reliable and consistent. (Especially when compared to another Cambodian line I took previously, which lacked the same level of organization and efficiency). The only improvement I'd suggest is equipping all buses with USB ports for charging devices and perhaps offering WiFi, which would be particularly beneficial for first-time travelers given the spotty roaming service around the Cambodian border.

Was so surprised by the quality of the services, I've been traveling around Cambodia by bus for a while now and this was definitely the best company i took. Wide seat, smooth border pass and extra points for being able to lay down. (You might not understand everything happening at the border, with the passports and everything but you just have to trust the process and follow the group) 10/10

I’m in awe & super grateful for the healthy, whole & keto friendly food all inclusive in my ticket 🎫 while crossing the Vietnam 🇻🇳 Cambodia 🇰🇭 border. 19.76 USD including insurance, water, wet tissues, a carrier bag for the shoes, AC, the assistance at the border so that I didn’t even have to fill in any forms. No rush, no lines, no crowds, no noise - truly pleasant way of traveling. The bus is spacious, clean & half empty. I will definitely switch from planes ✈️ to sleeper buses 🚌 now. Awesome, stress free & safe. My breakfast; fried thin beef 🥩 green beans & fried eggs 🍳 I did pass on rice 🌾 Extra black coffee with ice 🧊 no sugar. I wish you were here.

Used this company to cross the border between Vietnam and Cambodia and as a woman solo travelling, I felt so safe!! When you arrive at their office, they ask you for your passport and the 40$, and they keep your passport until you get to the border (so don’t panic!). The driver was friendly, the seats were comfortable enough for a 6hrs drive and you get a bottle of water and some snacks. We got stuck in traffic for a while so got to Phnom Penh later than expected, but we had a couple of toilet breaks. Once at the border, another employee from this company takes you to the border offices and sorts everything out for you and waits till everyone is done. The whole experience was very smooth and stress-free. Could not recommend this company more, truly great!

The staff is really very kind.. I left early in the morning and was picked up from a hotel 2 kilometers from the travel pool. The man who guarded it was kind, gentle and able to solve my problems. For foreign workers who work in the Phuoc Dong industrial area, this travel can be a solution for traveling to and from there.
